Is This For You?

This workshop is for you if:

  • You want to heal your relationship with food and body-image.

  • You’re ready to let go of dieting and diet culture for good.

  • You’ve realized you’ve experienced the restrict → binge/overeating cycle.

  • You find yourself feeling guilty when you eat certain foods.

  • You have anxiety around gaining weight and want liberation from your body.

  • You have rules around what and when you are allowed to eat that get in the way of full living.

  • Emotional eating sends you into a tailspin.

  • You’re exhausted from micromanaging your food and body.

  • You feel the pressure to changed or fix your body.

In these 12 weeks, we will begin to play with and untangle the messaging we have internalized. As the threads of our default script become clear, we can enter an opportunity to turn towards ourselves with kindness while building both an individual and group trust.

We will question some of our deep-rooted beliefs about ourselves and our bodies, journal and answer questions to help better understand each individuals personal NEEDS. We will use the group dynamic to help support one another and take comfort in relatability as we speak through what comes up for each person through that questioning process.

These 12 weeks are a jump off point for self-exploration. They are built on the foundation of authenticity, inclusivity, support, compassion, and acknowledgment. They are meant to help provide a safe space for self-inquiry as well as additional, optional education pieces!

We will take a look at how our culture, as a whole, shapes how we see ourselves and our worthiness with an understanding that we each have our own experiences, stories, and often trauma that deserves to be held safely and with appropriate acknowledgment.

As a Registered Dietitian I believe in taking a weight inclusive, anti-diet approach to health and counseling. I believe in the power of turning TOWARDS the body for answers, FIRST, and the power of community support through that process. I use Intuitive Eating to ground my work as it has been monumental in my own healing process, as has the true concept of yoga.

I am so privileged to provide the opportunity to encourage conversations and exploration. It is my work to hold space, provide tools, be as compassionate as possible and meet each individual where they are, even in a workshop setting.

I have gotten the opportunity to work with amazing people and some seriously bad-ass females (and female adjacent) who are high achieving, motivated individuals ready to take that next step in their healing journey. I can’t wait to help create a community of strong, inspiring and vulnerable females to take that next step in healing. Will you take that next step in healing alongside our compassionate and encouraging community?

Registration Will Close When the Workshop Fills Up!

Perfectionism, along with black and white thinking, held hands with my eating disorder. They brought anxiety, distraction, and an inability to show up in the present moment. I couldn’t let myself keep believing that my worth was fluid, changing with circumstances. No 90-hour work week was going to help me feel whole. I had to learn that, for myself, through self-respect, compassion, patience, and practice.

  • A solid self-compassion framework to quiet the inner critic.
