I got to sit down with Katelyn Parsons from the Modern Girl podcast to discuss one of my favorite principles, satisfaction! I chose satisfaction because I feel it is often overlooked when it comes to how we feed ourselves. Satisfaction isn’t just about hunger or fullness, it’s not just about pleasure, it brings together the mind the body and the heart to feel fully satisfied. Satisfaction for me brings a sense of wholeness where true mind-body integration is required for it to be present.
