I would not have worked with a nutritionist before meeting Kaitlin. She was attentive and listened to what I was saying as well as listening for what I was NOT saying. This helped me with creating a plan to deal with my biggest food challenge, snacking. I feel better equipped to deal with stressors in my life and I see my relationship with food improving daily.
